🌸MEMORABLE DAY IN MY LIFE 🌸

I have had many memorable days in my life. Of those, I will never forget my 21st birthday on october  18th. It’s because of the desire I had in my heart that day, it was fulfilled. That is, I had a desire to alms donate to an orphanage without having a party for my 21st birthday. But I could not do that because of this corona condition. I thought of another idea because of my desire. That’s it it’s about finding a few other people who work hard to eat a meal these days and giving them a meal. So I did it. I cooked with my mom. To suit my age, I took 21 meal packets of food to 21 people and divided among them. I distributed them and went to the temple at around 4 pm. I came home after performing a Bodhi Pooja. However, I came home and my family had arranged a beautiful birthday party for me. My friends and my relatives came to my place.          And also for my 21st birthday, I got a lot of wishes and I got the best wish on that day. That...

For the past 21 years of my life, my favorite time after I was little has been during my school years. But what I like most is grade 7,8,10,11 and A/Levels times. Those times are the most lovely periods that I like most.                           School times are the most relaxing and joyful times I have ever spent with my lovable friend.                           A time when life was filled with so many fond memories and tricks together to face challenges in those times.                           In addition to my school friends at school times, a few little sisters,  like the sisters joining my life. When I was involved in extracurricular activities at that school. Even today they are...

😊Music & My Life😊

Image
Music came to my life by accident. My loku amma's daughter told me to do music as a subject. That’s my chooti akka. When I was 13 years old, I went to my loku amma's house in Kurunegala for a vacation. At that me my chooti akka doing A/L after doing O/L. Chooti akka who did the Music for the GCE O/L. The day we went there, my sister played the violin and showed it to me. I said then that I like it too please give it to me too. So that day my sister taught me how to play the violin. Then I said that I love to do music and back then I was doing dancing as a subject at that time. I was fed up with the dancing subject. When I told akka that, she said, “if my sister likes music, it is not difficult to do as a subject and it is an easy subject”. So I thought back then that I was doing music because I like it. Hence, my first music teacher will be my chooti akka🥰💕.      ...

World's First Christmas Stamp                   Although it does not bear much resemblance to a Christmas stamp in the way we would expect today, most philatelists agree that the world’s first Christmas stamp is the Canadian Map Stamp of 1898.                    In 1898, a number of countries across the British Empire agreed on a uniform penny postage rate across the British Empire, effective from 25th December 1898. To mark the occasion the Canada Post Office planned to issue a 2 cent commemorative stamp on the same day, however due to public pressure it was brought forward to 7th December.                    The stamp features Mercartor’s map with the British Empire highlighted in red, the inscription ‘Xmas 1898’ and the line “WE HOLD A VASTER EMPIRE THAN HAS BEEN” extracted from “A Song of Empire” composed by Sir Lewis Morris.   ...

👩‍🏫👩‍🏫👩‍🏫 👩‍🏫👩‍🏫👩‍🏫 👩‍🏫👩‍🏫👩‍🏫 👩‍🏫👩‍🏫👩‍🏫 👩‍🏫👩‍🏫👩‍🏫                              I studied many teachers in grade 1 to grade 13. But, in my life the dearest teacher I met after my mother is my music teacher. I met my music teacher in grade 8. Today I have an understanding of music because of my music teacher. My music teacher is Mrs. Jayani Walallavita. My teacher is like a mother to me every time I was in school. And also sometimes she is like a friend to me. Not a friend like a best friend. I can share anything with my teacher.                              In the past, in school, I faced so many problems. My teacher was always by my side every time I faced problems. When I have faced a problem like a teacher scolded me or when shouted at me or when beat me I always went to my teacher like I went to my mom...
